Brad D. Cummings Construction Company was founded in the spring of 2002 with the dream of designing and building the area’s finest homes in the most desirable neighborhoods. By using the finest craftsman, vendors, and resources available, we are able to create beautiful homes that stand the test of time.

Prior to starting his own construction firm, Brad received a degree from Sandhills Community College in Architectural Technology in the Spring of 1998.  While attending Sandhills, Brad was dedicated to learning and committed to his studies.  This dedication and commitment led to his receiving the Architectural Drafting Award, recognizing him for excellence in Architectural Technology.  He also proudly received the President’s Award for Valedictorian of his graduation class in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement and maintaining a perfect 4.0GPA.

After graduation, Brad received a job offer from a well respected, luxury builder in Pinehurst.  As a part of their design build team, Brad received hands on knowledge of what it took to be the best.  It didn’t take long before he was promoted to Project Manager, allowing him to deal directly with clients on the projects.  While in this positions, Brad managed some of the finest design build projects in the most prestigious neighborhoods.
